Torrington Downtown Partners is now finishing renovations on one of the apartments on Water Street to uses as a model to show how the residences can be. As seen in the May 16, 2011 photos below, personnel from Union Savings Bank toured the renovated apartment as well as an unrenovated apartment. There renovated apartment has an open floor plan as shown in the floor plan below.. Some of the brick walls are exposed. The apartment has its own high efficiency heating and air conditioning system.
